Air carrier #1 was level at 11000 ft. Air carrier #2 was climbing to 10000 ft. I issued air carrier #1 traffic. Air carrier #2 climbed on an RA. Air carrier #2 climbed on an RA, also. Supplemental information from acn 629738: air carrier #2, a crj was under my control climbing to 10000 ft. Air carrier #2 was given traffic at 11000 ft. Air carrier #2 advised he was climbing for an RA. I instructed air carrier #2 to descend back to 10000 ft as the traffic was at 11000 ft.
