Narrative:
I changed both #1 and #3 brakes. I performed leak checks on both brakes and found no evidence of leaks. When I got to work the next night I heard about the brake leaking and investigated on computer. It says the quick disconnect was loose and leaked everywhere. This was not the case when I performed the leak check.
Original NASA ASRS Text
