Narrative:

I was taking the engine cover off. I was not aware that the other amt had lowered the engine mount hoist to help get the cover loose. I got my side of the cover loose and started to move the hoist to pull the cover off. As it moved forward, the aft mount hooked the aft end of the fan frame.
