Narrative:
After landing at gpt rolling out on runway 14, I turned off on an extension of runway 18. This was done after tower asked for minimum time on runway. This surface was concrete and had no 'X' on it. The tower said no problem using it but there was an airport pickup that said that concrete was unusable. It is used as an overrun for runway 18. It is depicted on the airport diagram and there are no notes on the map for gpt referring to this area. There are other closed txwys with X's on them and they are depicted on the airport map with X's on them.
