Narrative:

I was working the controller in charge position when I received a call from the operational manager in charge inquiring about an adep alert at the mie radar sector between air carrier X and air carrier Y. I went to the sector and asked the radar controller about the 2 aircraft. He advised me that he either missed a readback from air carrier Y or air carrier Y busted his altitude. Air carrier X was wbound at FL230, air carrier Y was northbound assigned a climb to FL220. When I reached the sector, air carrier X was at FL230, air carrier Y was at FL227. I advised the operational manager in charge that we may have had an operational error and had the mie radar controller relieved from position.
