Narrative:
Departed pek with 900 pounds fuel extra at pet #3. Took delay on the ground at pek for WX and runway change. We saw in-flight that we were not going to meet our critical fuel reserve at pet #3. Talked to dispatch on sat phone. He conferred with flight operations as well as the B777 chief pilot. All parties decided the best course of action was to continue to sfo and not divert. We landed sfo without incident.
