Narrative:
Departing fok in MVFR conditions. Takeoff was normal and climb was normal until we had an acu (acceleration control unit) over-pressure and a pilot side ADI fail. I was the PF and xferred controls to the copilot. At about 13000 ft in the climb over ny we had a burning smell in the cabin, then an APU fire warning and APU shutdown. At that point we declared an emergency and decided to divert to ZZZ about 15-20 mi away. We were in VFR and pointed the aircraft down toward ZZZ due to the fact we thought we had an APU fire on board. The copilot was flying and I continued to run checklists and check circuit breakers. We landed with no issues and the aircraft was checked by maintenance personnel.

Title: A CPR CL60 FLT CREW DIVERTS TO ZZZ AFTER MULTIPLE SYS PROBS INCLUDING A POSSIBLE APU FIRE OCCURS SHORTLY AFTER THEIR DEP FROM FOK.
Narrative: DEPARTING FOK IN MVFR CONDITIONS. TKOF WAS NORMAL AND CLB WAS NORMAL UNTIL WE HAD AN ACU (ACCELERATION CTL UNIT) OVER-PRESSURE AND A PLT SIDE ADI FAIL. I WAS THE PF AND XFERRED CTLS TO THE COPLT. AT ABOUT 13000 FT IN THE CLB OVER NY WE HAD A BURNING SMELL IN THE CABIN, THEN AN APU FIRE WARNING AND APU SHUTDOWN. AT THAT POINT WE DECLARED AN EMER AND DECIDED TO DIVERT TO ZZZ ABOUT 15-20 MI AWAY. WE WERE IN VFR AND POINTED THE ACFT DOWN TOWARD ZZZ DUE TO THE FACT WE THOUGHT WE HAD AN APU FIRE ON BOARD. THE COPLT WAS FLYING AND I CONTINUED TO RUN CHKLISTS AND CHK CIRCUIT BREAKERS. WE LANDED WITH NO ISSUES AND THE ACFT WAS CHKED BY MAINT PERSONNEL.
