Narrative:
During postflt inspection first officer noticed that the left main inboard tire was damaged. A good portion of the reinforcing plies had separated, exposing bald plies or cord. Engine nacelle showed indication of impact from tire debris.

Title: POSTFLT INSPECTION OF ERJ REVEALS PARTIAL FAILURE OF L INBOARD MAIN GEAR TIRE AND ASSOCIATED FOREIGN OBJECT DAMAGE TO ADJACENT ENG COWLING.
Narrative: DURING POSTFLT INSPECTION FO NOTICED THAT THE L MAIN INBOARD TIRE WAS DAMAGED. A GOOD PORTION OF THE REINFORCING PLIES HAD SEPARATED, EXPOSING BALD PLIES OR CORD. ENG NACELLE SHOWED INDICATION OF IMPACT FROM TIRE DEBRIS.
