Narrative:
The runway markings on runway 2L are below any standard this pilot has ever experienced in over 15000 hours of flying. What centerline markings that are not obscured by tire tracks are simply faded from wear and the sun. During landings at night, there are virtually no centerline markings visible. If it is wet, they are obscured in daylight. Taxiway/runway 2R has its markings simply worn off. A caution note should be in the company charts and a NOTAM should be issued by the airport. There are large cracks in the first 100 ft of runway surface on runway 2L that need patching. The gaps are wide and ragged, possibly presenting a tire cutting hazard. The VOR at this station usually has no identifier although there is usually a good signal, it just doesn't identification. Tower personnel have english language skill from fair to non-existent. There are glaring infrastructure problems that need to be addressed.

Title: B737 CAPT DETAILS CONCERNS ABOUT THE RWY AND TXWY MARKINGS AND CONDITION, LACK OF VOR IDENTIFIER, AND MARGINAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS OF TWR PERSONNEL AT SVMC.
Narrative: THE RWY MARKINGS ON RWY 2L ARE BELOW ANY STANDARD THIS PLT HAS EVER EXPERIENCED IN OVER 15000 HOURS OF FLYING. WHAT CTRLINE MARKINGS THAT ARE NOT OBSCURED BY TIRE TRACKS ARE SIMPLY FADED FROM WEAR AND THE SUN. DURING LANDINGS AT NIGHT, THERE ARE VIRTUALLY NO CTRLINE MARKINGS VISIBLE. IF IT IS WET, THEY ARE OBSCURED IN DAYLIGHT. TXWY/RWY 2R HAS ITS MARKINGS SIMPLY WORN OFF. A CAUTION NOTE SHOULD BE IN THE COMPANY CHARTS AND A NOTAM SHOULD BE ISSUED BY THE ARPT.
