Narrative:
20 mins out from ZZZ1 the captain came on the PA requesting us to put on oxygen mask that they dropped from ceiling. We were at 24000 ft. Flight attendants put masks on and performed routine decompression procedure. We went down to 10000 ft. The captain called me and said we could take mask off. He would make PA. We continued to calm frightened passenger. We continued descending to 4000 ft and landed with no other problems.
