Narrative:
While taxiing into cvg gate, the marshaller gave us a stop signal. After we stopped, the marshaller told us that a tug backed into our wingtip. The plastic light cover was broken, but was immediately fixed by maintenance and the next flight departed on time. The lead (front) marshaller had wands. There were several wing walkers on the right side of the aircraft (the side that was hit).

Title: A TOW TUG COLLIDED WITH A CRJ200 IN THE GATE AREA AFTER BEING MARSHALLED AND MONITORED BY WING WALKERS.
Narrative: WHILE TAXIING INTO CVG GATE, THE MARSHALLER GAVE US A STOP SIGNAL. AFTER WE STOPPED, THE MARSHALLER TOLD US THAT A TUG BACKED INTO OUR WINGTIP. THE PLASTIC LIGHT COVER WAS BROKEN, BUT WAS IMMEDIATELY FIXED BY MAINT AND THE NEXT FLT DEPARTED ON TIME. THE LEAD (FRONT) MARSHALLER HAD WANDS. THERE WERE SEVERAL WING WALKERS ON THE R SIDE OF THE ACFT (THE SIDE THAT WAS HIT).
