Narrative:
On final to runway 4R ewr a light plane popped up on the TCASII at about 12:30 O'clock position and 200 ft below our altitude. He was moving through our path so we went over him to about 3500 ft. The approach and landing were normal.

Narrative: ON FINAL TO RWY 4R EWR A LIGHT PLANE POPPED UP ON THE TCASII AT ABOUT 12:30 O'CLOCK POS AND 200 FT BELOW OUR ALT. HE WAS MOVING THROUGH OUR PATH SO WE WENT OVER HIM TO ABOUT 3500 FT. THE APCH AND LNDG WERE NORMAL.
