Narrative:
Experienced a complete electrical failure 15 NM ssw of ZZZ1. Extended gear using manual emergency extension. Contacted tower with handheld xceiver. No electrics for gear down indication. Asked tower for verification. Tower verified gear down. Landed on runway 18. Main gear ok, nose gear not locked. Held nose off, pulled mixture to cutoff. Lost elevator effectiveness prior to engine stopping. Nose lowered to runway, gear (nose) folded contacting runway with propeller and nose gear doors. No injuries. Minor damage to aircraft. Cause of electrical failure unknown at this time. Cause of emergency gear extension to fail to lock down unknown at this time.
