Narrative:
My next leg was to elp. Elp WX was below minimums but the forecast was for WX to improve by our arrival. Just as advertised, the WX did improve and we almost got to the OM for ILS runway 22. Then it was reported below minimums and we held at valtr OM. Company dispatch contacted us via ACARS with a new, more distant alternate, phx. Original alternate, abq was much worse than forecast. Diverted to phx when we got down to bingo fuel. At phx, when we put the gear down, got 'anti-skid left fail' level 2 alert. Made go around, run checklists and came back to land on longer runway 7L. Go around consumed 3000 pounds of fuel. Asked tower for equipment to be standing by just in case of anti-skid related problems. Landed with 12600 pound fuel, 10000 pounds is emergency fuel. Total block hours 8 hours 25 mins. Long night. Fatigue related red flags as per CRM.
