Narrative:

Passenger failed to comply with repeated flight attendant requests to return her small dog to its kennel. Passenger service contacted through dispatch and passenger ignored passenger service agent's attempts to converse about the problem. Flight attendant found soiled doggie diaper in seat back.

Narrative: PAX FAILED TO COMPLY WITH REPEATED FLT ATTENDANT REQUESTS TO RETURN HER SMALL DOG TO ITS KENNEL. PAX SVC CONTACTED THROUGH DISPATCH AND PAX IGNORED PAX SVC AGENT'S ATTEMPTS TO CONVERSE ABOUT THE PROB. FLT ATTENDANT FOUND SOILED DOGGIE DIAPER IN SEAT BACK.
