Narrative:

Just after turning off runway 7R in phx, we received an ECAM warning of green hydraulic reservoir low pressure. We exited the runway and were cleared across runway 7L. After clearing runway 7L we were able to see that we were indeed low on green hydraulic fluid. I made the decision based on the amount of fluid left to taxi the aircraft to a straight ahead spot requiring little or no steering inputs or braking. I chose a spot which would not interfere with airport traffic or cause any delays to others. In short, we were completely out of everyone's way. We never lost nosewheel steering or normal braking in the process. Once we got the aircraft stopped and the parking brake set, we were able to see the fluid level had dropped even more and we would have to be towed in to gate. We shut down both engines and made the necessary arrangements. After a period of time, we were connected to our air carrier tug. Air carrier maintenance personnel installed the ship's gear pins which we passed through the first officer's window, and we were uneventfully towed to gate. After exiting the aircraft, we were able to see an actuator on the green hydraulic system that opens and closes the main gear doors had ruptured, slowly emptying the green system.

Title: AN A320 DEVELOPED A HYD LEAK IN A LNDG GEAR DOOR RETRACTION VALVE UPON LNDG. THE CREW CLRED ALL RWYS AND HAD THE ACFT TOWED TO THE GATE.

Narrative: JUST AFTER TURNING OFF RWY 7R IN PHX, WE RECEIVED AN ECAM WARNING OF GREEN HYD RESERVOIR LOW PRESSURE. WE EXITED THE RWY AND WERE CLRED ACROSS RWY 7L. AFTER CLRING RWY 7L WE WERE ABLE TO SEE THAT WE WERE INDEED LOW ON GREEN HYD FLUID. I MADE THE DECISION BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF FLUID LEFT TO TAXI THE ACFT TO A STRAIGHT AHEAD SPOT REQUIRING LITTLE OR NO STEERING INPUTS OR BRAKING. I CHOSE A SPOT WHICH WOULD NOT INTERFERE WITH ARPT TFC OR CAUSE ANY DELAYS TO OTHERS. IN SHORT, WE WERE COMPLETELY OUT OF EVERYONE'S WAY. WE NEVER LOST NOSEWHEEL STEERING OR NORMAL BRAKING IN THE PROCESS. ONCE WE GOT THE ACFT STOPPED AND THE PARKING BRAKE SET, WE WERE ABLE TO SEE THE FLUID LEVEL HAD DROPPED EVEN MORE AND WE WOULD HAVE TO BE TOWED IN TO GATE. WE SHUT DOWN BOTH ENGS AND MADE THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS. AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME, WE WERE CONNECTED TO OUR ACR TUG. ACR MAINT PERSONNEL INSTALLED THE SHIP'S GEAR PINS WHICH WE PASSED THROUGH THE FO'S WINDOW, AND WE WERE UNEVENTFULLY TOWED TO GATE. AFTER EXITING THE ACFT, WE WERE ABLE TO SEE AN ACTUATOR ON THE GREEN HYD SYS THAT OPENS AND CLOSES THE MAIN GEAR DOORS HAD RUPTURED, SLOWLY EMPTYING THE GREEN SYS.
