Narrative:
Told to hold at intersection X on the arrival. WX was clear but ATC had a lot of traffic coming in from the east. Advised ATC of minimum fuel. Did not get any priority and was told to expect indefinite delay. Declared emergency fuel and landed at ZZZ. Arrived at gate with 4K. No alternate was planned for ZZZ since the WX was clear.
