Narrative:
Flight ZZZ to ZZZ1 'xfer lockout and standby on lights in QRH air page 5.' during climb out, initially performed procedure that appears first for 'on ground' before proceeding to 'in-flight' section that is printed below it. Performing the 'on ground' portion returned us to original condition (xfer lockout and standby on lights). 'In-flight' portion of checklist extinguished standby on light (xfer light remained illuminated) and instructed us to continue flight. Later in-flight (at FL330) automatic pressurization failed with additional indications (EPR split left engine 1.6 and right engine 1.9, also cockpit and cabin got hot). Manual pressurization restored all problems. Flight continued at FL250 with consultation via comrdo with dispatch and maintenance.
