Narrative:

I took the last break on our way back from paris. I was really tired. I think the wake-up is about XA00. There was a passenger in the seat next to the crew rest seat, which happens a lot on this flight since I have flown the trip 2 months in a row. Anyway, the passenger kept hitting my chair and letting out gas and coughing, I think he was sick. Behind my seat were some kids, and they kept getting in and out of their seats so that, too, didn't allow me to sleep. I thought it was a very bad situation because I know the relief pilot was not able to sleep also. During the approach I was so behind the airplane. In hindsight, I should have let the captain fly the approach. Despite our uneventful flight, I felt bad for being so behind the aircraft. If anything were to happen, I know it was because of fatigue.
