Narrative:
On landing at ZZZ airport, the PF attempted to deploy the thrust reversers. The reversers did not deploy, instead the throttles went into cut-off. This caused the engines to flame out. We proceeded to brake, exited the runway and held short of taxiway a as assigned by tower. After stopping we restarted the left engine and taxied to parking. We are not sure how this happened. Our company is looking into the throttles to see if there is a mechanical problem. As a crew, we controled the aircraft after flameout with no problems and caused no problems for other aircraft. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter was the first officer and the PNF and stated the landing procedure was followed precisely. At 50 ft the throttles were brought back to idle and on touchdown the 'piggyback' reverser handles were raised and pulled aft for reversing but the reversers never deployed. The engines both shut down but were restarted and the airplane was taxied to the hangar. Maintenance found no problem with the throttle interlock and on flight test the next day the throttle system operated normally. The interlock system on this airplane is touchy and will not take rough handling. The reporter did not and could not observe the captain's throttle operation.

Title: A BE400A ON TOUCHDOWN DURING THE REVERSER DEPLOYMENT BOTH ENGS WENT INTO CUT-OFF MODE. RESTART OK.
Narrative: ON LNDG AT ZZZ ARPT, THE PF ATTEMPTED TO DEPLOY THE THRUST REVERSERS. THE REVERSERS DID NOT DEPLOY, INSTEAD THE THROTTLES WENT INTO CUT-OFF. THIS CAUSED THE ENGS TO FLAME OUT. WE PROCEEDED TO BRAKE, EXITED THE RWY AND HELD SHORT OF TXWY A AS ASSIGNED BY TWR. AFTER STOPPING WE RESTARTED THE L ENG AND TAXIED TO PARKING. WE ARE NOT SURE HOW THIS HAPPENED. OUR COMPANY IS LOOKING INTO THE THROTTLES TO SEE IF THERE IS A MECHANICAL PROB. AS A CREW, WE CTLED THE ACFT AFTER FLAMEOUT WITH NO PROBS AND CAUSED NO PROBS FOR OTHER ACFT.
