Narrative:
Climbing out of FL320 for FL350, received ECAM 'green hydraulic low level.' first officer completed the ECAM procedure. Called dispatch (with maintenance on conference call) to discuss the situation. We all agreed to divert to ZZZ1 since ZZZ2 WX was 1/8 mi visibility with RVV 001, and could not accomplish a CAT III autoland without all 3 hydraulics. Also agreed not to declare an emergency since we still had 2 other hydraulic systems functioning. Asked flight attendants to do a 'cabin advisory' in case of any other unexpected problems. Also communicated with maintenance and dispatch about the overweight landing, gravity gear extension, and no nosewheel steering availability procedure. Dispatch coordination with ZZZ1 approach to allow us to land on the longest (16000 ft) and widest (200 ft) runway 34L. Uneventful approach and landing was made, cleared the runway using rudders and alternate brakes on the last high speed turnoff. The company maintenance personnel towed us ot the gate to deplane passenger to switch aircraft and depart to destination.
