Narrative:
ECAM hydraulic Y rsvr lo lvl message was observed. I transferred aircraft control to the pilot not flying and accomplished all required non-normal items. I contacted dispatch and established a conference call with maintenance control and our dispatcher. The decision was made to return to our departure airport and a return route was coordinated with ATC.

Title: An A319 ECAM annunciated HYD Y RSVR LO LVL in-flight. The flight crew returned to the departure airport.
Narrative: ECAM HYD Y RSVR LO LVL message was observed. I transferred aircraft control to the pilot not flying and accomplished all required non-normal items.
