Narrative:
Right main landing gear red and green light alternating on with gear handle down. With throttle at idle gear warning horn on, recycle and all indications normal. Normal landing. Reported to maintenance and aircraft taken OTS for further testing. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter said maintenance replaced the right main gear downlock sensor, jacked and swung gear, checks ok and returned to service.

Title: A B737-300 R MAIN GEAR POS INDICATION ALTERNATING BTWN RED AND GREEN WITH THE LNDG GEAR EXTENDED. FOUND FAULTY DOWNLOCK SENSOR.
Narrative: R MAIN LNDG GEAR RED AND GREEN LIGHT ALTERNATING ON WITH GEAR HANDLE DOWN. WITH THROTTLE AT IDLE GEAR WARNING HORN ON, RECYCLE AND ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. NORMAL LNDG. RPTED TO MAINT AND ACFT TAKEN OTS FOR FURTHER TESTING.
