Narrative:

The snow removal at cvg is abysmal. They shave corners on runways, the txwys are left with a couple of inches of slush and ice right where aircraft travel. The ride on txwys is rougher than in-flight turbulence. Around concourse C, snow and ice is removed around parking areas and where ground vehicles travel but aircraft are pushed back into an area covered with slush and ice. When I tried to taxi out to the south line, my nosewheels started sliding. The txwys and ramp areas must be clean of slush. Compacted snow is one thing, slush and ice is quite another. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the captain reported the problem to his air carrier with an air safety report. At the present time the air carrier has not responded to the report.
