Narrative:
Regarding operations manual page: flight deck exit and entry in-flight. The last 2 paragraphs describe the procedures for pilot re-entry to the flight deck. This procedure is not the same procedure that is in the flight attendant's manual. Very few pilots perform this procedure correctly; and I have not observed any flight attendants perform this procedure correctly (as per pilots operations manual).
