Narrative:
Working air carrier X and aircraft Y on different frequency. Air carrier X took 2 clrncs that were issued to aircraft Y and was warned twice to be careful. The third time; air carrier X took a clearance to fly heading of 360 degrees that was issued to aircraft Y. The readback error was not caught. When the track was observed about 30 seconds later; corrective actions were taken and a pilot deviation was filed.
