Soft straight hair lines on aircraft skin below left static port area suspected to be caused by other station's lavatory servicing truck safety fiberglas flag poles contacting aircraft when approaching forward lavatory servicing panel (as per auditor). Formal request for burnishing non airworthy of flight marks on fuselage skin not documented on non routine card of technician's non routine write-up form. Foreman deferral burnishing carried out by following station ZZZ1. Gpm section 17-03 has been reviewed for proper line station maintenance item deferment procedures.
