Narrative:
Climbing; cleared to FL330. Passing FL317; center called 'descend to FL310 in 15 seconds.' we advised unable to comply in that time; considering reversing the direction of the aircraft. Continued to approximately FL322 before direction was reversed and descent actually began. TCASII RA issued and complied with. Other aircraft (air carrier) was at FL320 I presume.

Narrative: CLBING; CLRED TO FL330. PASSING FL317; CTR CALLED 'DSND TO FL310 IN 15 SECONDS.' WE ADVISED UNABLE TO COMPLY IN THAT TIME; CONSIDERING REVERSING THE DIRECTION OF THE ACFT. CONTINUED TO APPROX FL322 BEFORE DIRECTION WAS REVERSED AND DSCNT ACTUALLY BEGAN. TCASII RA ISSUED AND COMPLIED WITH. OTHER ACFT (ACR) WAS AT FL320 I PRESUME.
