Narrative:
Aircraft arrived ZZZ with 54 mins turnaround time with maintenance controller order for spoiler elevator computer #3 change and removal of 2 MEL's. Mr X (ZZZ mechanic) was assigned the job by lead mr Y; aircraft work was completed and aircraft was dispatched to mia. Aircraft returned to gate with flight control message. Leads (mr Y and mr Z) assigned me to assist with redispatch of aircraft. The ddg for the MEL's was not complied with correctly and/or completely. To reduce the maintenance delay time; mr Z; mr Y and myself attempted to correct the maintenance problems. The flight control messages would not clear under direction of maintenance control and lead mechanic mr Z. The aircraft was redispatched with both MEL's. I remained in the flight deck for the required logbook entries and placards. Mr Z and mr X accomplished the required ddg's. Aircraft was redispatched to ZZZ1 maintenance. Mr xx called Z1 work center around XA15Z and indicated flight crew was reporting right #1 and #2 spoilers 'floating.' aircraft later diverted to atl. Upon inspection in atl the right #1 and #2 spoilers were not correctly placed in the operation position; therefore; I feel the ddg was again not properly accomplished in ZZZ. I also feel with my employee number on the MEL log page. The work accomplished by other mechanics was not completed correctly and/or completely. It was an assumption by all ZZZ mechanics involved that the other was correctly accomplishing the maintenance task.

Title: AN A320 WAS DISPATCHED WITH #2 SPOILER SYS INOP PER THE MEL BUT THE REQUIRED PROCS FOR LOCKING THE SPOILER WERE NOT ACCOMPLISHED.
Narrative: ACFT ARRIVED ZZZ WITH 54 MINS TURNAROUND TIME WITH MAINT CTLR ORDER FOR SPOILER ELEVATOR COMPUTER #3 CHANGE AND REMOVAL OF 2 MEL'S. MR X (ZZZ MECH) WAS ASSIGNED THE JOB BY LEAD MR Y; ACFT WORK WAS COMPLETED AND ACFT WAS DISPATCHED TO MIA. ACFT RETURNED TO GATE WITH FLT CTL MESSAGE. LEADS (MR Y AND MR Z) ASSIGNED ME TO ASSIST WITH REDISPATCH OF ACFT. THE DDG FOR THE MEL'S WAS NOT COMPLIED WITH CORRECTLY AND/OR COMPLETELY. TO REDUCE THE MAINT DELAY TIME; MR Z; MR Y AND MYSELF ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT THE MAINT PROBS. THE FLT CTL MESSAGES WOULD NOT CLR UNDER DIRECTION OF MAINT CTL AND LEAD MECH MR Z. THE ACFT WAS REDISPATCHED WITH BOTH MEL'S. I REMAINED IN THE FLT DECK FOR THE REQUIRED LOGBOOK ENTRIES AND PLACARDS. MR Z AND MR X ACCOMPLISHED THE REQUIRED DDG'S. ACFT WAS REDISPATCHED TO ZZZ1 MAINT. MR XX CALLED Z1 WORK CTR AROUND XA15Z AND INDICATED FLT CREW WAS RPTING R #1 AND #2 SPOILERS 'FLOATING.' ACFT LATER DIVERTED TO ATL. UPON INSPECTION IN ATL THE R #1 AND #2 SPOILERS WERE NOT CORRECTLY PLACED IN THE OP POS; THEREFORE; I FEEL THE DDG WAS AGAIN NOT PROPERLY ACCOMPLISHED IN ZZZ. I ALSO FEEL WITH MY EMPLOYEE NUMBER ON THE MEL LOG PAGE. THE WORK ACCOMPLISHED BY OTHER MECHS WAS NOT COMPLETED CORRECTLY AND/OR COMPLETELY. IT WAS AN ASSUMPTION BY ALL ZZZ MECHS INVOLVED THAT THE OTHER WAS CORRECTLY ACCOMPLISHING THE MAINT TASK.
