Narrative:

Approved a pointout on aircraft Y descending to FL190. Didn't realize I had traffic at FL190 (aircraft X). Conflict alert activated and I issued an immediate turn to heading 230 degrees to aircraft X to miss aircraft Y. 90 mins on position with busy traffic. Short on controller; but management keeps prompting supervisors from the controller work force. Micro-management and morale at all time low.
