Narrative:
The CL60 was descended through the B737. The clutter of data blocks on the display partially obstructed the view of the B737. Radar vectors were issued but not in time to prevent loss of ATC separation.

Title: ZKC CTLR EXPERIENCED OPERROR AT FL380 AS DSCNT CLRNC WAS ISSUED THROUGH OCCUPIED ALT.
Narrative: THE CL60 WAS DSNDED THROUGH THE B737. THE CLUTTER OF DATA BLOCKS ON THE DISPLAY PARTIALLY OBSTRUCTED THE VIEW OF THE B737. RADAR VECTORS WERE ISSUED BUT NOT IN TIME TO PREVENT LOSS OF ATC SEPARATION.
