Narrative:
While pilot of cherokee; I was returning from a routine local flight preparing to land at airport H17 on runway 21. All left downwind; base leg; and final calls were made on frequency 122.9 as well as asking if there was any local traffic. Upon touchdown and rollout on runway 21; I became aware of an aircraft apparently landing on runway 3. Both aircraft touched down about the same time. The ultralight landed long; bounced twice; and came to a full stop about midfield. The cherokee applied brakes and came to a full stop about 100 ft from the ultralight weight shift pwred aircraft. Winds were 10-15 mph from +/-135 degrees. Examination of the radio carried by the ultralight showed that it was on an incorrect frequency of 123.6.
