Narrative:
Ramp supervisor pressured the tug driver 2 separate times to get me to release brakes while still loading bags cargo doors open to get an on-time departure. This is the first of 9 reports that I am filing that are not timely as I was trying to address the issue operationally through the chief pilot; an e-mail letter to flight operations; fellow pilots and directly with ramp personnel. This clearly has not worked. I have kept a list of every event to take this action if necessary of which I am now. The problem has now advanced to ramp personnel opening the cargo doors without parking brakes set and no coordination with the captain.
