Narrative:
I had checked serial numbers on both ducts (X and Y) but took paperwork off both and got paperwork mixed up and put the Y in the alkaline ab tank #X by mistake. Will be more cautious by doublechking paperwork and leaving paperwork with each part before running part.

Narrative: I HAD CHKED SERIAL NUMBERS ON BOTH DUCTS (X AND Y) BUT TOOK PAPERWORK OFF BOTH AND GOT PAPERWORK MIXED UP AND PUT THE Y IN THE ALKALINE AB TANK #X BY MISTAKE. WILL BE MORE CAUTIOUS BY DOUBLECHKING PAPERWORK AND LEAVING PAPERWORK WITH EACH PART BEFORE RUNNING PART.
