Narrative:

During lda 2 runway 8 approach; I flew as copilot giving all appropriate calls approaching minimum; but captain didn't execute missed approach. He went 200 ft below minimums and picked up contact with ground then approach lights and landed. Air carrier Y behind us executed a missed approach. 1) absolutely ignored opinion of another crew member. 2) pushed the WX without any reason. 3) falsification of paperwork. What reason? Save time on airplane and engines. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that he called the FAA unofficially to report this incident. The reporter said he knew what happened was wrong; so he submitted this report to protect himself.
