Narrative:
While working borescope inspection on #1 engine; I failed to do final torque on #1 engine crank pad cover. This contributed to engine loss of oil and in-flight shutdown and return to gate.

Title: A B737-600 RELEASED FOR SVC AFTER #1 ENG BORESCOPE EXPERIENCED AN INFLT SHUTDOWN DUE TO LOSS OF OIL QUANTITY AND PRESSURE. CAUSED BY ENG CRANK PAD COVER NOT TORQUED.
