Narrative:

The aircraft was late and we turned the plane around in a timely manner and boarded all 34 passenger as quickly as we could. After being handed the completed weight data we finished our load manifest and handed it out the door. Pushback and the taxi out were uneventful. After receiving takeoff clearance we took the runway and began our takeoff roll which was uneventful with the exception that during rotation the aircraft felt nose heavy. We climbed out through 10000 ft and at that time the first officer called operations to relay the times. Once in touch with them they informed us that they had not loaded any of the 34 checked bags that they had indicated on the takeoff data. After rechking the center of gravity calculation; we discovered that we had just taken off well beyond the forward limit of the aircraft. After moving some passenger to section C; we calculated that we were legal for landing.

Title: FLT CREW OF ERJ TKOF WITH CENTER OF GRAVITY FORWARD OF ACFT LIMITS DUE TO FAILURE OF COMPANY TO LOAD BAGGAGE SHOWN ON WT MANIFEST IN AFT COMPARTMENT.

Narrative: THE ACFT WAS LATE AND WE TURNED THE PLANE AROUND IN A TIMELY MANNER AND BOARDED ALL 34 PAX AS QUICKLY AS WE COULD. AFTER BEING HANDED THE COMPLETED WT DATA WE FINISHED OUR LOAD MANIFEST AND HANDED IT OUT THE DOOR. PUSHBACK AND THE TAXI OUT WERE UNEVENTFUL. AFTER RECEIVING TKOF CLRNC WE TOOK THE RWY AND BEGAN OUR TKOF ROLL WHICH WAS UNEVENTFUL WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT DURING ROTATION THE ACFT FELT NOSE HEAVY. WE CLBED OUT THROUGH 10000 FT AND AT THAT TIME THE FO CALLED OPS TO RELAY THE TIMES. ONCE IN TOUCH WITH THEM THEY INFORMED US THAT THEY HAD NOT LOADED ANY OF THE 34 CHECKED BAGS THAT THEY HAD INDICATED ON THE TKOF DATA. AFTER RECHKING THE CENTER OF GRAVITY CALCULATION; WE DISCOVERED THAT WE HAD JUST TAKEN OFF WELL BEYOND THE FORWARD LIMIT OF THE ACFT. AFTER MOVING SOME PAX TO SECTION C; WE CALCULATED THAT WE WERE LEGAL FOR LNDG.
