Narrative:

I had put the belt loader in position in the rear of the aircraft. I had went up to the plane to finish working then 2 hours later came back out and put a box of cushions on the belt loader and then raised it up into position and let go of the brake. It had jerked; and hit the aircraft. I had then reversed and lowered the belt loader and parked it and then saw that there was a big dent and burnt rubber on the aircraft so I went and got the lead mechanic.
