Narrative:
I was approached by management on this day; jul/sun/05; in reference to aircraft X damage due to panels not installed in the aircraft wheel well area. 6 days ago; I was assigned to aircraft X. Prior to departure; a bleed leak occurred. I opened the aircraft's access panels to gain entry to the pack bay area to search for the leak. At approximately XA30; 2 other technicians arrived from next shift. The 2 technicians assisted me to help find the leak. My shift ended at XA45 and reassigned to work next shift taxi-tow crew. I gave the remaining 2 technicians a verbal turnover of my actions. The 2 remaining technicians continued with their troubleshooting; and I left the aircraft at approximately XB00. No lead technician to coordination turnover; and no lead technician supervisor to coordination turnover for next shift.
