Narrative:
We were cleared into position on runway 2 ogg then cleared for takeoff. At around 120 KTS; the tower requested an abort of our takeoff clearance. I told the tower we were unable and continued takeoff. On runway 5; a caravan apparently had also been cleared for or was taking off. As soon as tower told us to cancel our takeoff; I noticed the caravan had just lifted off and was approximately 100-200 ft high. Tower told him to turn left; which he did; and we continued with a slow rotation to stay under his flight path and he remained off our left side. First officer was PF. I do not recall if the caravan was cleared for takeoff.

Title: B737-200 DEP FROM OGG RWY 2 WAS ISSUED ABORT AT APPROX 120 KTS; REPLIED UNABLE; TFC DEPARTING RWY 5 ISSUED L TURN TO CLR CONFLICT.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED INTO POS ON RWY 2 OGG THEN CLRED FOR TKOF. AT AROUND 120 KTS; THE TWR REQUESTED AN ABORT OF OUR TKOF CLRNC. I TOLD THE TWR WE WERE UNABLE AND CONTINUED TKOF. ON RWY 5; A CARAVAN APPARENTLY HAD ALSO BEEN CLRED FOR OR WAS TAKING OFF. AS SOON AS TWR TOLD US TO CANCEL OUR TKOF; I NOTICED THE CARAVAN HAD JUST LIFTED OFF AND WAS APPROX 100-200 FT HIGH. TWR TOLD HIM TO TURN L; WHICH HE DID; AND WE CONTINUED WITH A SLOW ROTATION TO STAY UNDER HIS FLT PATH AND HE REMAINED OFF OUR L SIDE. FO WAS PF. I DO NOT RECALL IF THE CARAVAN WAS CLRED FOR TKOF.
