Narrative:
Received final weight manifest via ACARS on taxi out. 2 hours after takeoff; received message 'ramp has advised they need to change the numbers. I will send you new weights shortly.' seconds later new weights arrived. Next message received; 'no weights change only pct mac change. Please confirm received.' the big issue here is timeliness of information. Two hours after takeoff is a bit late. Fortunately of no consequence.
