Narrative:
I entered an interim altitude of FL260 in aircraft X's data block. The tape revealed that I had cleared aircraft X to FL270. I subsequently cleared air carrier Y to FL270. I had been concerned that aircraft X might have needed FL270 as a final as the aircraft was not rvsm capable. That may have been why aircraft X was inadvertently climbed to FL270.

Narrative: I ENTERED AN INTERIM ALT OF FL260 IN ACFT X'S DATA BLOCK. THE TAPE REVEALED THAT I HAD CLRED ACFT X TO FL270. I SUBSEQUENTLY CLRED ACR Y TO FL270. I HAD BEEN CONCERNED THAT ACFT X MIGHT HAVE NEEDED FL270 AS A FINAL AS THE ACFT WAS NOT RVSM CAPABLE. THAT MAY HAVE BEEN WHY ACFT X WAS INADVERTENTLY CLBED TO FL270.
