Narrative:
Aircraft X landed runway 16L and was crossing runway 17. Aircraft X entered taxiway K nose-to-nose with aircraft Y taxiing south to his ramp. Aircraft X's first call was on taxiway K. I worked it out; but if the WX had been worse; it could have been a problem. Asde/amass was dropping tags and unreliable.
