Narrative:
During taxi PNF advised the departure clearance was teb 5 and added the comment that 'the departure had changed.' at this time we were cleared into position. I glanced quickly at the departure plate. Both of us failed to notice the 1500 ft altitude limit out to the 4.5 DME arc. With the alerter set to 2000 ft we were 'all set up.' fortunately the departure controller advised us to level at 1500 ft. Next time I'll read or ask for the full text.
