Narrative: ACR X BEGAN A DSCNT TO COMPLY WITH RESTR PREVIOUSLY ISSUED. I READ THE DATA BLOCK AS LEVEL AT FL310 SO DID NOT RECOGNIZE A CONFLICT. TO CORRECT THE SITUATION; ADDITIONAL CARE CAN BE TAKEN TO ACCURATELY READ DATA BLOCK.
