Narrative:
During a ps-2 check; svced engine oil per embraer amm instead of ps-2 work card. The l-hand oil service door flew off the cowl after 4 legs. I will follow the work card when there is conflicting maintenance technical data. I will perform a visual walkaround prior to leaving the aircraft for release.

Title: AN EMB145 TECHNICIAN RPTS THAT DURING A PRE SVC CHK THE L ENG OIL WAS SVCED USING THE EMB MAINT MANUAL AND NOT THE CHK JOB CARD. L ENG OIL SVC DOOR DEPARTED THE ACFT.
Narrative: DURING A PS-2 CHK; SVCED ENG OIL PER EMBRAER AMM INSTEAD OF PS-2 WORK CARD. THE L-HAND OIL SVC DOOR FLEW OFF THE COWL AFTER 4 LEGS. I WILL FOLLOW THE WORK CARD WHEN THERE IS CONFLICTING MAINT TECHNICAL DATA. I WILL PERFORM A VISUAL WALKAROUND PRIOR TO LEAVING THE ACFT FOR RELEASE.
