Narrative:

During descent to lga on the korry 3 arrival; we received clearance to cross ridgy at FL270. The restriction as published on the STAR is cross ridgy at or above FL270. Both the captain and first officer failed to recognize the 'at or above' and change restriction in the FMS. As a result; the FMS programmed the descent as it should and we had not yet left out assigned altitude of FL370 by the time we arrived at ridgy. The controller asked us to verify our clearance and we realized our mistake. She then cleared us to FL250. No conflict was observed or reported. This occurred at the end of the second leg of our trip and we had been discussing the pressures and events affecting our industry and possibly may have contributed.
