Narrative:
On sep/sun/05; reactivated thrust reverser on r-hand engine from MEL 78-01; and inadvertently did not remove 2 of the 4 lock indicators on the upper sides of the reverser. On sep/wed/05; ord found and removed the indicators. This did not affect the operation on the reverser.

Narrative: ON SEP/SUN/05; REACTIVATED THRUST REVERSER ON R-HAND ENG FROM MEL 78-01; AND INADVERTENTLY DID NOT REMOVE 2 OF THE 4 LOCK INDICATORS ON THE UPPER SIDES OF THE REVERSER. ON SEP/WED/05; ORD FOUND AND REMOVED THE INDICATORS. THIS DID NOT AFFECT THE OP ON THE REVERSER.
