Narrative:
An air carrier X aircraft lost a right wing panel upon the first flight out of service check. I performed the right wing final on the aircraft prior to release. I observed no items upon my inspection.

Title: AFTER B737-800 WAS RELEASED FROM AN OVERNIGHT SVC CHK; THE R WING ACCESS PANEL DEPARTED THE ACFT.
Narrative: AN ACR X ACFT LOST A R WING PANEL UPON THE FIRST FLT OUT OF SVC CHK. I PERFORMED THE R WING FINAL ON THE ACFT PRIOR TO RELEASE. I OBSERVED NO ITEMS UPON MY INSPECTION.
