Narrative:
After replacing forward l-hand navigation light; apparently access panel fell off. In future doublechk cam locks to ensure they are locked and secure. Changed navigation light late in shift and apparently did not fully secure panel. It was dark with limited light.

Narrative: AFTER REPLACING FORWARD L-HAND NAV LIGHT; APPARENTLY ACCESS PANEL FELL OFF. IN FUTURE DOUBLECHK CAM LOCKS TO ENSURE THEY ARE LOCKED AND SECURE. CHANGED NAV LIGHT LATE IN SHIFT AND APPARENTLY DID NOT FULLY SECURE PANEL. IT WAS DARK WITH LIMITED LIGHT.
